Two Blondes and a Shrimp

Two Blondes and a Shrimp was formed shortly after the new millennium in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. It was originally established as a wholesale seafood company and continued until April of 2008. The original owner, Sheri Blanche had a vision to take seafood from the ocean to the table. Mark J. Vogelsang, her current partner saw her vision and “Two Blondes and a Shrimp Café” was “Spawned”.

 

Our mission is to “Sustain our Ecosystem one Meal at a Time" & our passion is to offer divine & delectable plated foods that will make you want to come back again and again.


Our talented team includes Chef Mark Thompson, who's dedicated to better quality, better taste, and making the world a better place for future generations. Michael Hamberger, experienced in fine wines and with an extremely creative management style. Together, with our culinary group and gracious service staff; we offer an extraordinary dining adventure.   When you enter Two Blondes and a Shrimp Café your are on ISLAND TIME!
